Upload and Restore
JenRx >> Backups >> Upload
The steps outlined below guide through the restoration of JenRx using a backup file:
- Download the latest version of JenRx Main App from the JenioSolutions website
- Install JenRx Main App on only one (1) of the computers following the Installation guide
- Sign in using the default sign-in details
- Go to the Backups module
- Click on the Upload tab
- Click on “Choose File” and browse to select the backup file previously saved on an external storage device or cloud storage
- Click the “Upload and Restore” button
The data on JenRx will restored to the exact date and time.
Once the data is restore, sign out and sign in to JenRx.
