Inventory Supply

JenRx >> Inventory >> Inventory Supply

The Inventory module keeps track of all inventories. To add a supply of inventory:

  1. Go to the Inventory module



  2. Click Inventory Supply



  3. Search and Select the Inventory



  4. Update the inventory information, search and select the supplier or add a new supplier, fill the supply fields and click the “Add Inventory Supply” button to save the inventory supply



    The Quantity Supplied will be added to the existing Quantity, thereby, increasing the quantity of the inventory, then, the supply record will be saved as an expense which will be used in the preparation of the Income Statement..
    A new supplier can also be added from Add Suppliers.
