Reactivate Customers

JenRx >> Customers >> Reactivate Customers

The Customers module keeps track of all customers. To reactivate an inactive customer:

  1. Go to the Customers module



  2. Click on List Customers, then, click “Inactive” list, then, click the reactivate icon




  3. Confirm by clicking the “Yes” button

 

Alternatively:

  1. Click Reactivate Customers



  2. Search and Select the Customer



  3. Confirm by clicking the “Yes” button
