Server Not Found!


JenRx Main App

Server Not Found error can occur on JenRx Main App when the computer’s processor is too slow or the RAM is too low to start up the server in a few seconds.

Hit the F5 key on the keyboard to initiate a refresh and the error will be resolved.

 

 

JenRx Client App

Server Not Found error can occur on JenRx Client App because of the following reasons:

  • Misspelled Computer Name: Ensure the Computer Name of the computer where JenRx Main App is installed is correctly spelled. Refer to this guide to learn more on how to set up JenRx Client App: Setting Up JenRx to be Used on Multiple Computers
  • Network Configuration Error: Ensure that all the computers are properly connected and visible to one another using a wired router with Ethernet cables or a wireless router with WiFi
